Youth Empowerment Programs Through
Service and Community Impact
The Philosophy of Contribution
My success with SDSS has always been a means to an end: the ability to give back. Through the Strength and Honor Foundation, we develop youth empowerment programs and community-focused initiatives that help individuals discover their potential and contribute to society.
The Strength and Honor Foundation
The Strength and Honor Foundation is the heart of my work today. Through a variety of social impact initiatives, we focus on populations that are often overlooked, including underserved youth, veterans transitioning to civilian life, and individuals facing adversity.
Direct Impact Initiatives
Youth Empowerment & Character Education
Using the MIT model to re-engage school-age children who are uninterested in education. Our youth empowerment programs and leadership training for youth help students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and reconnect with learning.
Veteran Transition Programs
Using mindfulness and traditional discipline to help our heroes find peace, purpose, and opportunities to continue contributing to their communities after military service.
Community Advocacy
Working with local leaders to build "service bridges" that address systemic issues through collective action and sustainable community development programs.
Board Service & Philanthropic Leadership
Beyond my own foundation, I serve on boards dedicated to literacy, mental health awareness, and physical wellness. These efforts support long-term community development programs designed to create stronger and more resilient communities.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Strength and Honor Foundation relate to the MIT method?
MIT is the “how” of our foundation. We don’t simply provide resources; we use motivation, inspiration, and education to create effective youth empowerment programs that help individuals take ownership of their future.
Why is veteran support a priority for you?
Veterans are the ultimate examples of service. Helping them find a new way to serve at home is a debt of gratitude we all owe.

The Strength and Honor Foundation supports programs focused on youth leadership, character development, veteran transition support, education, and community engagement. These initiatives are designed to create lasting positive change through service and personal growth.
